Ours started in 2006. David A. Flatley, President and Chief Technology Officer, founded PXL Designs, LLC in the summer of 2006 as a natural outgrowth of his freelance consulting business in the New York City Metropolitan area. He has provided services, from graphic design through multimedia and RIA (Rich Internet Applications) development, to a large selection of clients in a variety of industries over the past decade. Working as a consultant for such notable clients as Capital One, Adobe, Fidelity, Fleer, Redmond Software, DRS Technologies, Merrill Lynch and Selective Insurance has allowed him to acquire a comprehensive background in a variety of industries.
